Open Meditation Sessions

Only silence. No theme. No voice guide.

In Open Meditation Sessions you are not asked to follow a theme or an intention: you stop, in silence, and live your practice as it is, at the same moment as other people around the world.

What is an Open Session?

An Open Session is a shared space of silence: there is no theme to follow, no imposed technique, no voice guide.

You sit, you stop, and you observe your experience as it is: the breath, the sensations, the thoughts, the sounds.

The only common element is the moment: you meditate at the same instant as other people, each with their own practice.

The silence is shared. The experience remains personal.

The principle of the Yoursaf Protocol

It coordinates the time, not the consciousness.

It coordinates the beginning, not the path.

Yoursaf coordinates the when.

The how remains a personal choice.

You can use a technique you already know, observe the breath, or simply remain in silence.

Nobody tells you what to think, feel or obtain: the practice is entirely yours.

A free practice, for everyone

No experience, registration or app is needed: choose a moment, find a quiet space and join the silence.

Open sessions start every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day: you can join whenever you feel the need to stop.

Each session lasts 15 minutes.

A note on practice and safety

Yoursaf sessions are proposed as cues for meditation and personal reflection.

They do not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic guidance and do not replace the support of qualified professionals.

If during a session you feel strong discomfort, intense anxiety or disorientation, you can interrupt the practice: open your eyes, bring your attention back to the environment and take care of yourself.

In case of persistent discomfort, turn to a qualified professional.

Choose your moment

Open sessions start every 15 minutes, in every time zone.

Choose the slot that suits you best and join the shared silence.

A shared moment.No theme.A personal experience.
